Presenting photojournalist Mariela Bruzual and landscape photographer Zaid Joseph
As a visual storyteller, I will be sharing with you some of my experiences on my journey as a photographer, taking you back to how everything started and sharing the stories and the inspiration behind some my images. My journey is far from finished, but I humbly hope that you will enjoy the experience, and be inspired and impacted by my stories in a positive way. So come journey with me.
My presentation will be a look at who, what, why, where and how of my representation of landscape photography portraying our twin island state. Though I have ventured to several beautiful places around the globe, I have also felt that we too have world-class scenery worthy of being shown off. Hence my dedication of landscapes, seascapes and the Caribbean scenic in my project of ilovetrinidadandtobago. I plan to show my approach in how I visualize my scene and how I translate that into an image which hopefully begs the viewer to ask…is that in Trinidad and Tobago?
