I agree to waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me attending or participating in this event the following entities or persons: Trinidad & Tobago Photographic Society, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, team leaders, representatives and agents, the event sponsors and event volunteers. Trinidad and Tobago Photographic Society (TTPS) reserves the right to cancel, modify or re-schedule this event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If TTPS cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
